Talking and Reporting to Parents

Effective student learning relies on good communication between home and school.  We encourage you to talk to us and share any concerns you have about your child.  Teachers regularly communicate through class newsletters, email and blogging.  We will always contact you if we are worried about your child for any reason.

Our formal reporting takes place three times per year with written reports in March, June and December.  Optional interviews take place in June.  They may be requested by you or by the teacher.  Additionally, informative parents' evenings are held periodically during the year.  Parents are most welcome to attend the Board's monthly meeting. Copies of the agenda and minutes are in the foyer of the school office as is a copy of the school's Charter, policy folder and latest Education Review Office review.
